    Clinical Manifestations

    • Paresthesia may result
    • In pts. who also have DM or long standing PAD will be peripheral neuropathy
    • get severe shooting or burning pain
    • Loss of pressure & deep pain sensations
    • Skin thin, shiny, taut with hair loss
    • Pedal/popliteal/femoral pulses diminished/absent
    • Elevation pallor and reactive hyperemia
