Workers Compensation and Employers Liability

  1. Information Page
    • The “Information Page” is the workers compensation policy’s declarations page on which the named insured, its address, and certain other data are listed. Three subparts under Item 3 of the Information Page include important information that defines the scope of coverage under Parts One, Two, and Three of the policy
    • Item 3.A. lists the state or states to which workers compensation (Part One) of the policy applies.
    • Item 3.B. lists the dollar limits that apply to Part Two, employers liability.
    • Item 3.C. describes the states to which Part Three, other states insurance, applies.
  2. Part Two-Employers Liability Limit of Insurance
    • Basic Limits= $100,000 bodily injury by accident-each accident;
    • $100,000 bodily injury by disease-each employee; and
    • $500,000 injury by disease-policy limit.
