    This behaviour must not be attributable to brain damage or disease, or another psy disorder.

    • - B ('dramatic, erratic or emotional'): histrionic, emotionally unstable (Borderline type, Impulsive type), and dissocial
    • - C ('anxious and fearful'): anakastic, anxious (avoidant), and dependent

    DDx: schizophrenia, persistent delusional disorder
  12. Schizoid personality disorder - clinical presentation  & DDx
    ALLALONE

    • - Anhedonic
    • - Limited emotion range
    • - Little sexual interest
    • - Apparent indifference to praise/criticism
    • - Lacks close friendship
    • - One-player activities
    • - Normal social conventions ignored
    • - Excessive fantasy world

    DDx: Asperger's syndrome, agoraphobia, social phobia, psychosis, depression
