    Adult - Seizure activity: 5-10mg IV q 10-15mins prn (5mg over 5min) max dose 30mg

    Peds - 0.2-0.5mg/kg slow IV q 2-5mins up to 5mg max dose 10mg

    Rectal - 0.5 mg/kg bia 2" rectal catheter and flush with 2-3 ml of air after administration

    Sedation - 5-15mg IV over 5-10mins prior to cardioversion
