    ceftriazxone for 5-7 days
  10. Urinary Tract Infections
    • acute uncomplicated:
    • nitrofuratonin 100mg BID X5days
    • bactrim DS BID x3days

    • acute uncomplicated pyelonephritis:
    • cipro 500mg BID or Cipro XR 1000mg QD x7 days

    • carbapenems
