    Knowingly or Willingly
  3. Consciously disregards a substantial and unjustified risk.  Knowing something bad could happen but doing it anyways. 
  4. An unjustified risk, however does not know something bad could happen.
    Criminal Negligence
  5. Violations that do not require a culpable mental state. A voluntary act or omission. I.e.Traffic, vehicular homicide, vehicular assault.
    Strict liability
  6. A person is legally accountable for the crimes of another if that person with intent to promote or facilitate them he aids, abets, advises or encourages the other person in planning or committing the offense.
  7. Offences referring to something that has begun but not been completed Ex. Criminal Attempt, Conspiracy, Solicitation

  8. Acts carried out at the direction of another under threat of unlawful force.Can’t be charged with a crime except a F1.
