  1. The conscious objective is to cause the specific result.
  2. Being aware that conduct is practically certain to cause the result
    Knowingly or Willingly
  3. Consciously disregards a substantial and unjustified risk.  Knowing something bad could happen but doing it anyways. 
  4. An unjustified risk, however does not know something bad could happen.
    Criminal Negligence
  5. Violations that do not require a culpable mental state. A voluntary act or omission. I.e.Traffic, vehicular homicide, vehicular assault.
    Strict liability
  6. A person is legally accountable for the crimes of another if that person with intent to promote or facilitate them he aids, abets, advises or encourages the other person in planning or committing the offense.
  7. Offences referring to something that has begun but not been completed Ex. Criminal Attempt, Conspiracy, Solicitation
    Inchoate offenses 
  8. Acts carried out at the direction of another under threat of unlawful force.Can’t be charged with a crime except a F1.
  9. The right to be secure in persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable search

  10. Right to Grand Jury, due process, against double jeopardy, against self-incrimination, against private property being taken for public use.

  11. Speedy/public trial by an impartial jury; to be informed of charges; to confront witnesses; to subpoena witnesses, and to have a lawyer.

  12. Right to Trial by Jury in certain civil cases
    7th Amendment
  13. Prohibits excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment
    8th Amendement
  14. Due process and equal protection. Also applied the constitution to the states.
