    • torsades & hypomagnesemia w/ no pulse
    • 1-2 g IVP
    • Pediatric dose 40 mg/kg
    • torsades w/ pulse or AMI
    • 1-2 g IV over 5-60 min
    • seizures 2 degree eclampsia
    • 1-4 g IV slow
