  6. Magnesium sulfate 10%
    • torsades & hypomagnesemia w/ no pulse
    • 1-2 g IVP
    • Pediatric dose 40 mg/kg
    • torsades w/ pulse or AMI
    • 1-2 g IV over 5-60 min 
    • seizures 2 degree eclampsia
    • 1-4 g IV slow
  7. succinylcholine
    • (anectine) (paralytic)
    • facilitate ET intubation 
    • 1-2 mg/kg IV/IO
  8. calcium chloride 10%
    • calcium blocker toxicity, hypocalcemia, hyperkalemia, hypermagnesemia
    • 500-1000 mg IV over 5-10 min
  9. Sodium Bicarbonate 8.4%
    • cardiac arrest w/ good ventilation, hyperkalemia, and OD of: tricyclic, phenobarbital, diphenhydramine, ASA, or cocaine
    • 1mEq/kg IV
  10. thiamine

    • coadministration of D50W in pt suspected of malnutrition or thiamine deficiency
    • 100 mg slow IV/IM
  11. Diltiazem
