    • April 2015
    • Indication: schizophrenia, manic/mixed
    • MOA: maybe partial agonist D2 and 5-HT1A and antagonist 5-HT2A receptors
    • Common Forms: tablets, ODT
    • CI: dementia related psychosis
    • AE: h/a, n/v, constipation, Tardive dyskinesia (rare)
    • Counsel: no ETOH
  2. Actonel to risedronate
    • June 2014
    • Indication: osteoporosis, Paget's Dx
    • MOA: pyridinyl bisphosphonate, inhibits osteoclasts and is antiresorptive
    • Common Forms: tablets
    • CI: hypocalcemia, hypersensitivity, can't sit for 30 mins
    • AE: slight change of back or abdominal pain, hypertension, diarrhea, UTI
    • Counsel: at least 30 mins before food/drinks, with full glass of water, sit upright, just swallow whole, cushion time between supplemental calcium, skip dose to get back to schedule if missed
  3. Aggrenox to aspirin/dipyridamole ER capsule
    • July 2015
    • Indication: schizophrenia, manic/mixed
    • MOA: maybe partial agonist D2 and 5-HT1A and antagonist 5-HT2A receptors
    • Common Forms: tablets, ODT
    • CI: dementia related psychosis
    • AE: h/a, n/v, constipation, Tardive dyskinesia (rare)
