    0.25-0.75 ml of a 2.25% solution in 2ml NaCl neb.

    • cardiac: 10 mg IV/IO over 1-2 min
    • repeat every 10 min to max 150 mg 
    • or initial bolus the infusion 2-8 mg/min
    • Hypertension: initial 20mg IV/IO slow infusion over 2 min repeat every 10 min second dose 40 mg IV/IO
  50. Ketorolac (Toradol)
    Musculoskeletal pain especially isolated pain or kidney stones

    15-30 mg IV or 30-60 mg IM
  51. Ipatropium Bromide (Atrovent)
    500 mcg added to nebulizer w/ bronchodilator
  52. Glucagon
    Beta Blocker or Calcium Channel blocker overdose

    2-5 mg IV/IO over 1 min followed by second dose of 10 mg IV if symptoms reoccur
