    Asthma, glaucoma, pregnancy, hypertension
  5. What is the dosage of Benadryl?
    • 25-50mg IV Adult
    • 1-2mg/kg IV Pedi
  6. What is the duration of action for Benadryl?
    Onset is 2min, peak effect 10min, duration is 1-2min after infusion discontinued
