    • -press button on side once, then release it
    • -breath out through mouth, away from inhaler
    • -place inhaler in horizontal position and place mouthpiece in mouth
    • -breath in deeply through mouth
    • -hold breath for a few seconds, and remove mouthpiece from mouth
    • -repeat steps from 'breath out' a second time
    • -open mouthpiece, remove/discard used capsule, close mouthpiece and cap
