1- wash hands, the more the customer see you wash the better it is.
2- never touch hair or face whilst on the bar
3- never eat behind the bar, food, ice, straws or gums
4- never couch or sneeze over the bar top or in the ice wells => use always a napkin out of the customer sight
5- never scoop up ice with a glass. Glass fragments could cause injuries to customers
6- always empty ice well and wash it and the surrounding area thoroughly if a glass should break anywhere near to it. Pour some grenadine over ice to mark it as being "trashed"(unsafe), immediately after the breakage to warn colleagues to not use it
7- never turn up for work unclean or smelly
8- never serve a drink in a chipped, cracked or dirty glass
