  7. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: PT Interventions
    • Activity reduced when fatigue is maximal (bed rest contraindicated) 
    • Low-mod intensity (RPE 9-12/20), progress gradually
    • 3-5 days/week, 5 min/session → progress to 40-60 minutes
