  1. Abdominal Adhesion
    Fibrous bands that form between tissues and organs; often result of surgical injury
  2. Cholelithiasis
    Stone formation in the gallbladder
  3. Cholecystitis
    inflammation of the gallbladder
  4. Cellulitis
    bacterial infection of the dermis and subcutaneous fat layers of the skin, can complicate with abscesses
  5. Pilondal cyst
    cyst or abscess near or on the natal cleft of the buttocks that often contains hair or skin debris

  15. Morbid obesity
    Excess body fat to the point of causing life threatening conditions.

    a BMI rating of 30.0 and above
  17. Overweight
    A BMI rating between 25.0 and 30.0
  18. Diabetes
    a group of metabolic diseases in which there are high blood sugar levels over a prolonged period
  19. Sleep apnea
    sleep disorder characterized by pauses in breathing or instances of shallow or infrequent breathing during sleep.
  20. Hypothyroidism
    Endocrine disorder in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone. Common cause is too little iodine intake.
  21. Polycystic ovary
    formation of multiple cysts in the ovary, due to hormonal imbalance
  22. Hyperlipidemia
    high cholesterol
  23. Adjustment LapBand
    adjustment of the LAP-BAND to optimize weight loss capability. can be done in a surgeon's office.

  26. Colon Polyp
    A fleshy growth occurring on the lining of the colon that can develop into cancer if untreated.
  27. Lipoma
    a benign tumor composed of adipose tissue (body fat), usually found in elder patients. Painless, 1 to 6 cm in size.
  28. Neoplasm of the skin
    Abnormal growth of skin that can develop into a tumor. Can be benign to malignant.
