    • 3 – Moderate Assist (subject = 50-74% performance) (lift)
  6. FIM 6-7
    • 7 – Complete Independence (timely, safe)
    • 6 – Modified Independence (device, increased time, safety concern) NO HELPER

    • Toilet Transfer

    • Different category than toileting and bathing itself.
