    • relazes sm muscle in periphery --> vasodilaion
    • trans: 0.2-0.8mg.hr 12 on and 12 off
    • subling: 0.4mg -- repeat q 5 min for 3 doses then call 911
    • DI: sildenafil, vardenafil, taladfil
    • SE: HA, dizziness, lightheadedness
