  12. Three Phases of Change
    • 1-Unfreeze: recognize need for change, create a felt need for change, deal with resistance to change
    • 2-Change: modification, old to the new, might go back to unfreezing to help those resistant to change
    • 3-Refreeze: lock in changes, put down roots, "burn bridge" so there is no way back to previous ways
