What have you done to reduce costs, increase revenue, or save time?
Work smarter not harder. Not necessarily mean shortcuts. In the past I try to learn the job as quickly as possible. Learning how everything flows in the work area. Then coming with ideas on how to improve the patient flow. For example, printing paper work ahead of time, prepping exam rooms and getting everything organized and ready before opening hours. This will prevent congestion of patients. This will improve the flow more efficiently and save time.
