    There are 4 shore connection stations provided on the O1 Level Weather Deck, both Fore and Aft, and Port and Starboard, to allow shore/alternate water when the ships pumps are secured or disabled. Each Station consist of a series of four 2 ½ inch hose valves manifolded together feeding into a riser which connects into the Fire Main via a manually operated cutout valve and check valve.
