    • Poor sleep
    • Exhaustion
    • Stress
    • Hormonal changes
    • Diet - cheese, chocolate,caffeine, red wine, citrus fruit, high salt diet
  3. Vestibular migraine treatment
    Acute treatment not normally successful

    • Prophylaxisis
    • Propanolol 20mg bd - 80mg bd
    • Amitryptline
    • Pizotifen 500mcg d up to 1.5mg
    • Calcium channel blockers
    • Anti epileptics e.g. lamotrigine
    • Topiramate
