  1. Dalton's atomic theory
    matter composed of atoms, atoms are identical in mass, size, properties if of same element, atoms can't be subdivided, created, or destroyed, atoms combine to form chemical compounds, atoms are combined, separated, or rearranged

    6.02*10^23; number of C-12 atoms in 12 grams
  13. convert moles to particles
    multiply by Avogadro's number
  14. convert moles to grams
    multiply moles by molar mass (which is also atomic mass)
  15. convert atoms to grams
    divide atoms by Avogadro's number; multiply by molar mass (atomic mass)
