    • Complicated: Procedures require blueprints, step-­‐by-­‐step, calibrated equipment. Assumes expert & rational leaders, top-­down planning, clock-­like organization. ex. NASA, medical procedures.
    • Complex: Hundreds of moving parts, lots of players with varied expertise, No “mission control” to control all parts, Constant adaptions

    • -mimic nature with grazing livestock in a natural predator/prey dynamic
