Martini
 - Ingredients: 1/2 oz (1 part) Dry vermouth, 3 oz (6 parts) Gin
- Preparation: Straight: Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain in chilled martini cocktail glass. Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink, or garnish with olive.

- Ingredients: 1 oz (1 part) Gin, 1 oz (1 part) Campari, 1 oz (1 part) Sweet red Vermouth

Tom Collins
 - Ingredients: 1 oz (2 parts) Freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 oz (4 parts) Carbonated water,1 1/2 oz (3 parts) Old Tom Gin, 1/2 oz (1 part) Sugar syrup
- Preparation: Mix the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a tall glass with ice, top up with soda water, garnish and serve.
- Served: On the rocks; poured over ice

 - Ingredients: One part sweetened Lime Juice (half simple syrup and lime juice), Four parts Gin
- Preparation: Mix and serve. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Aviation
 - Ingredients: 1 tsp Crème de violette or Creme Yvette, 1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur, 1 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Lemon juice

 - Ingredients: Sparkling mineral water, Half of a lime squeezed and dropped in the glass, 2 oz Bourbon, Rye whiskey or Gin
- Preparation: Combine spirit, lime and shell in a highball or wine glass. Add ice, stir and then add sparkling mineral water.
- Served: On the rocks; poured over ice

 - Ingredients: 1 part Green Chartreuse, 1 part Gin, 1 part Maraschino liqueur, 1 part Lime juice

Singapore Sling
 - Ingredients: 1 oz Gin, 1/4 oz Cointreau, 1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur, 1/4 oz Benedictine, 1/3 oz Grenadine, 4 oz Pineapple juice, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Preparation: Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into highball glass. Garnish with pineapple and cocktail cherry.

 - Ingredients: Dash Bitters, Dash Orange bitters, 3/4 oz Orange curaçao, 1 1/2 oz Gin, 1 Teaspoon Lime juice

Salty Dog (Gin)
 - The salt is the only difference between a salty dog and a greyhound.
- Ingredients: 3 1/3 oz Grapefruit juice, 1 1/3 oz Vodka or Gin
- Preparation: Shake vodka (or gin) and grapefruit juice in cocktail shaker. Strain into a salt-rimmed highball glass.

 - Ingredients: 1 part dry Vermouth, Strawberry coulis/crushed strawberries, 2 parts Gin, 1 part sweet Vermouth

 - Ingredients: 2 oz Champagne, 1/2 oz Lemon juice, 1 oz Gin, 2 Dashes Simple syrup
- Preparation: Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.
