    Thrombocytopenia, Persistent metabolic acidosis, Severe Refractory Hyponatremia

  3. Congenital CMV Infection
    • Microcephaly
    • Hydrocephalous
    • Chorioretinitis
    • Deafness
    • Hepatosplenomegaly
  4. Seizure in Newborn
    • Hypoxic Ischemic encephalopathy
    • Hemorrhage; Intracranial haemorrhage, Subarachnoid haemorrhage(term), Intraventricular hemorrhage, Subdural hemorrhage
    • Metabolic: Hypoglycemia, Hypocalcemia, Hypomagnesia
    • Infection: Meningitis, Encephalitis, Toxoplasmosis, CMV
    • Malformation Syndromes: Lissencephaly, pachygyria, polymicrogyria, and linear sebaceous nevus syndrome
    • Benign Neonatal Seizures (familial or idiopathic seizures, typically occur in the first 48-72 hours of life; the seizures disappear by age 2-6 months)
  5. Severe Pneumonia
    • Any Danger Signs or
    • Chest Indrawing or
    • Stridor in Calm child
  6. Danger Signs
    • Ask: Is the child able to drink or breastfeed, Does the child vomit everything, Has the child had Convulsion
    • Look: See if the child is lethargic or unconscious, See if the child is convulsing now
