What is "Speed"?
rate at which distance is traveled

What is "Instantaneous Speed"?
how fast something is moving at a particular instant in time

What is "Displacement" and what direction does it go?
the straightline distance between two points. Vector.
Direction goes from start to finish.
does not equal total distance traveled

What is "Velocity" and what direction does it go?
How fast something is moving and in what direction.
Always goes the same direction as motion.

What is the formula to find the average speed?
s=d/∆t

What is the formula to find the average velocity?
V=∆x/∆t

What is "Acceleration" and what direction?
Rate of change of velocity. [Change of speed OR direction in velocity]
  If speeding up, same direction as movement
  If slowing down, opposite direction of movement

What is ∆?
Delta [FinalInitial]
