How is ethics manifested?
through behaviour, the act, what is said and what is left unsaid
How is ethics assessed?
Through the application of ethical inquiry, critical and moral reasoning
It's the motives, intentions and actions of an individual's actions and how they are directed towards others and how these are judged by the greater society
List and define the two categories of morality.
- 1) Metaethics (theoretical approach) = the aspect of ethical theory that is concerned with the logical form of ethical beliefs
- 2) Applied Ethics (practical approach) = directed toward all aspects of life and certain occupations such as medical ethics, sport ethics, etc.
