marble-like lesion larger than 1 cm in diameter
localiezed area of skin edema
small blister filled with clear fliud, less than 1 cm in diameter
larger fluid-filled lesion, larger than 1 cm in diameter
small raised lesion filled with pus
loss of top layer of skin or mucosa
crater-like lesion where top two layers of skin or mucosa are lost
