Pronoun: A word that takes the place of a noun or group of words acting as a noun.
Antecedent: The noun for which the pronoun stands.
What are the four types of nouns?
Collective, Compound, Common, and Proper.
What is a demonstrative pronoun?
- A demonstrative pronoun points to a specific noun.
- Example: That movie, Those girls, These jeans.
What is an interrogative pronoun?
- A pronoun that starts a question.
What is an indefinite pronoun?
- A pronoun that refers to a noun without specifying which one.
