    Increasing apprehension-Pulse rat >100- BP >140/90 or decreasing indicating shock-Contractions >70 sec. duration-retraction ring-full bladder

    Could indicate injury of the bladder by the pressure of a fetal head and the pressure of the full bladder may not allow the fetal head to decend
