  20. Amiodarone: Tachycardia
    • Infusion of 150 mg over 10 min

    • May be repeated every 10 min as needed
  21. Atropine: Bradycardia
    • 0.5-1 mg every 3-5 min
    • max of 0.04mg/kg
  22. Atropine: Asystole
    • 1 mg every 3-5 min
    • max of 0.04mg/kg
  23. Atropine: Poisoning
    • 1-2 mg
    • can be repeated every 5-60 min
  24. Furosemide (Lasix)
    20-80 mg IV or IM
  25. Adenosine
    • 6 mg IV bolus followed with 20mL flush
    • If no response, 12 mg followed with 20mL flush
    • 12 can be repeated once more
  26. Lidocaine: Pulseless Ventricular Tachycardia/Fib
    • 1.5mg/kg IV every 3-5 min
    • max 3.0mg/kg
  27. Lidocaine: Ventricular Tachycardia/Fib w/pulse
    • 1.0-1.5 mg/kg IV
    • may repeat at half dose in 5-10 min
    • max dose 3.0mg/kg

    (if patient is >70 years, has hepatic failure or CHF decrease to 1/4)
  28. Lidocaine: Post Conversion
    1-4 mg/min after bolus
