    double argument, which in effect was like a debate traning for lawyers

    a sensory responce to some enviormental stimulaton or physical state
  17. EMOTIONS
    dramatized feelings that orient us to things within our immediate enviorment that stand out as significant

    pervasive qualites of a person's personaity that affect their cognitive processing in all situational contexts

    draw us positive colser to somebody or something we associate such positively valenced emotions with love curiosity pity generosity envy or greed

    pus us negatively away from somebody or something

    The capacity to consider new possibilities in light of what is familiar or actual

    The visualiazation of a future state of afairs that does not exist yet but could be brought into existences through the acts of an audience
  23. Attitudes
    Habitual practical responces toward the people, objects, and events in oir everyday envirnment based on likes and dislikes
  24. BELIEFS
    Clearly formulated and expressed in statements of fact that can be easily communicated and therefore easily refuted
  25. MOTIVE
    The interests, impulses, habits, conventions, and desires that function as incitement to action within particular situations
  26. VALUE
    Stable ideals that give structure to our beliefs and guide our behavior across a variety of situations
  27. END-IN-VIEW
    Future goals that guide our present behaviors in anticipation of achieving those goals
