    • Non Alpha-adrenergic vasoconstrictor (in higher doses) through direct stimulation of smooth muscle receptors
    • Possesses pressor and antidiuretic hormone (ADH) properties

    • Increase peripheral vascular resistance during CPR
    • As an alternative to epi or after epi has been used
