    1. Cardiac arrest with V-Fib, V-Tach refractory to Lidocaine

    2. Stable V-Tach , refractory PSVT, A-Fib with RVR in WPW syndrome
  5. CONTRAINDICATIONS
    1. Hypersensitivity

    2.Myasthenia gravis in nonearrest pt

    3. High degree AV block

    4.Digitalis Toxicity

    5. Electrolyte imbalances

    6.AMI

    7. CHF
  6. SIDE EFFECTS
    1. Hypotension

    2. Dizziness

    3.Dysrhythmias

    4.Nausea/Vomiting
  7. ADMINISTRATION
    ADULT: V-Fib, pulseless V-Tach 20mg/min IV to max 17mg/kg
