  1. Cough, coryza, conjunctivitis
    Koplik spots
    Rash head to feet
    High fever for 3 days
    • Measles (rubeola)
    • Tx - Vit A

    • Tx - self-limited
  6. Unilateral cervical lymphadenitis with cat exposure
    Cat scratch fever - Bartonella henselae
  7. Loud coughing with inspiratory whoop
    Post-tussive emesis
    • Pertussis
    • Tx - azithromycin to patient and close contacts
    • -isolation from school until 5 day antibx
  8. Barking cough
    • Croup
    • Tx - O2, racemic epi
