    Our version is our sliced focaccia bread (4) rubbed with garlic infused olive oil and char grilled, then topped with a tomato-basil salsa, whipped goat cheese and roasted until the cheese slightly browns.

    Can maximize by adding shrimp.
  2. Calamari
    Lunch & Dinner

    12 oz of squid tubes and tentacles dipped in beer and dredged in spicy flour. Fried quickly to golden crispy, served with Johnny's dipping sauce (Caesar dressing) and marinara sauce.

    Garnished with grated Parmesan, parsley and a lemon.
  3. Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
    Dinner

    A special blend of best quality lump crabmeat, seasonings, mayo and just enough bread crumbs to hold it together. One 5 oz cake oven baked golden brown and served with remoulade sauce and a tomato-basil bruschetta.

  4. Fresh Steamed Mussels Red
    Dinner

    16 Prince Edward Isle mussels simmered in a rich white wine, deburgo, sundried tomato pesto sauce served with 2 crostini. Served in a large rim bowl garnished with Parmesan and parsley.

  6. Little Italy
    Lunch & Dinner

    6 oz Calamari, 2 shrimp bruschetta cut in half, 4 mozzarella triangles and 4 sausage bread slices. Served on 2 large plates wiht a monkey dish of marinara and Johnny's dipping sauce (Caesar dressing)

    (Served with a lemon wedge near the calamari and sprinkled with Parmesan and parsley)
  7. Mozzarella Marinara
    Lunch & Dinner

    Arranged in a circle, 5 triangles of mozzarella cheese breaded and fried. Placed in the center a monkey dish of marinara with a dollop of pesto. Garnished with parsley.
  8. Roma Tomato Buffalo Mozzarella
    Lunch & Dinner

    Fresh Roma tomato slices shingled between fresh Buffalo Mozzarella slices (6), basil leaves and fresh ground pepper. Drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  9. Sausage Bread
    Lunch & Dinner

    Pizza dough stuffed with Johnny's spicy house made sausage, peppers and onions, marinara sauce, colby and mozzarella cheeses then baked golden brown and served in slices (5) with marinara for dipping.

    Served on a steak plate.
  10. Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
    Lunch & Dinner

    Five jumbo mushrooms stuffed with seasoned Italian sausage, topped with Mozzarella cheese and baked until bubly. Served in a rarebit with a round liner plate.
  11. Zucchini Fries
    Lunch & Dinner

    One pound of shoestring slices of zucchini, beer battered and deep fried. Sprinkled with Cajun seasoning and garnished with parsley. Served with remoulade dipping sauce.
  12. Shrimp Cocktail
    Dinner

    Five colossal shrimp chilled and presented atop crushed ice in a glass supreme bowl. The center of the bowl is filled with one half Johnny's dipping sauce (Caesar sauce) and one half tangy cocktail sauce.

    Garnished with a lemon wedge.
  13. Famous Iron Skillet Potatoes (Cheesy Skillet)
    Lunch & Dinner

    Hashbrowns with cheddar cheese and sour cream baked in cast iron skillets until golden brown. Garnished with parsley and Parmesan. Plated on a round with a side of ketchup.
  14. Johnny's Toasted Ravioli
    Lunch & Dinner

    6 cheese-filled ravioli breaded and fried; served with a monkey dish of marinara and Johnny's dipping sauce.
