    Maximize with a 5 oz marinated, grilled chicken or 6 sauteed shrimp.

    A heaping portion of fresh spinach leaves tossed in a warm sweet bacon vinaigrette and topped with julienne sun-dried tomatoes, crispy fried prosciutto, hard boiled egg and candied pecans.

    Two 1 oz medallions of creamy chevre goat cheeses are pecan encrusted and fried. Served atop a bed of spring salad mix piled high with fresh shredded granny smith apples, carrots and crumbled Iowa Maytag bleu cheese.

    Garnished with two crostini.
  4. Parmigiano Chicken Salad

    Tender chicken breast dusted with our house parmesan breading is quickly fried, sliced and served over a bed of salad greens with red onion slices, bruschetta tomatoes, and shredded parmesan cheese then drizzled with our fat free tomato-basil vinaigrette.
  5. Pepper Seared Salmon Salad
    Lunch & Dinner

    5 oz of fresh Atlantic salmon lightly seared with cracked black peppercorns and served with a spring salad tossed in our house dressing with red onions and Roma tomatoes.

    Garnished with 2 crostini atop dollops of creamy goat cheese.

    Our 7 oz Top Sirloin steak is seared in a cast iron skillet and seasoned with balsamic glaze, fresh rosemary & garlic and cooked to customer's requested temp; sliced and served over Mesclun greens tossed with Maytag bleu cheese crumbles, diced Roma tomatoes, crisp chopped bacon and bleu cheese dressing.
