  5. cellulitis
    ward: clindamycin after blood cx, percocet
  6. acute gout
    • cbc, bmp, coag, esr, serum uric acid, tap jt, xray.
    • indomethacin (if cant use nsaid use colchicine)
    • counsel: low protein diet, no etoh asa or smok, med compliance
