Explain balance
The ability of the body to remain in a state of equilibrium
Static- whilst not moving
Dynamic- Whilst moving
Explain reaction time
The ability of the body to react to stimulus and initiate a response
Explain coordination
The ability to produce effeicient movements through interactions of body parts and senses
Explain speed
Spedd is the ability of the body or body party to move quickly (whole body speed vs part body speed)
Linked heavily with anaerobic power
Explain agility
The ability to move with speed and balance whilst changing direction
Reliant on coordination, balance, flexibility, muscular power and speed
Explain muscular power
The ability to produce strength with speed
High muscular power- short length efforts
Medium muscular power- medium length efforts
Low muscular power- long length efforts
