  1. Explain balance
    • The ability of the body to remain in a state of equilibrium
    • Static- whilst not moving
    • Dynamic- Whilst moving
  2. Explain reaction time
    The ability of the body to react to stimulus and initiate a response
  3. Explain coordination
    The ability to produce effeicient movements through interactions of body parts and senses
  4. Explain speed
    • Spedd is the ability of the body or body party to move quickly (whole body speed vs part body speed)
    • Linked heavily with anaerobic power
  5. Explain agility
    • The ability to move with speed and balance whilst changing direction
    • Reliant on coordination, balance, flexibility, muscular power and speed
  6. Explain muscular power
    • The ability to produce strength with speed
    • High muscular power- short length efforts
    • Medium muscular power- medium length efforts
    • Low muscular power- long length efforts
