  2. What is the role of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)?
    The DEA enforce the Controlled Substances Act as they pertain to the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of legally produced controlled substances
  3. What is the Pharmacy Practice Act?
    A single document, or a series of documents that sets forth the rules and definitions involved in the practice of pharmacy. This is where you will find out what actually constitutes a violation, and what procedures must be followed to avoid an infraction.
  4. What is the Administrative Code?
    A "Disciplinary Guideline”, the document that lists the penalty associated with each violation of the “Practice Act”
  5. What is the State Controlled Substance Act?
    It is a document that list what the state believes to be a controlled substance.
