Elevated in: Myasthenia gravis.
- Changes in AChR concentration correlatewith the clinical severity of myasthenia gravis following therapy and during therapy with prednisone and immunosuppressants.
- False-positive AChRantibody results may be found in patients with Eaton-Lambert syndrome.
